Delete your account

You can delete your Prapthi.ai account yourself at any time, from the Prapthi AI app or from the studio in a browser. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

1. How to delete it

1. Sign in at prapthi.ai/app, or open the Prapthi AI app.
2. Open the account menu: tap the round initial at the bottom of the left-hand bar, or on a phone open the ☰ menu.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Enter your password and press Delete my account.

We ask for your password again so that nobody else can delete your account from a phone or computer you left signed in.

2. What is deleted

Straight away, and permanently:

• your account, email address and password;
• your cloned voices and the recordings they were made from;
• your songs and their audio files;
• your remaining character allowance and any time left on a paid plan.

Speech generated in your history is kept only in your own browser or app and is removed from that device when you delete the account there.

3. What is kept, and why

Records of payments you made (amount, plan, date and the email address used) are kept, because Indian tax and accounting law requires a business to keep its sales records. They are used for nothing else.

Audio we keep briefly to answer repeated requests faster is stored without any link to your account and is cleared automatically as that store refreshes.

4. If you cannot sign in

Email info@prapthi.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm the request is yours and then delete the account as described above. If you have forgotten your password, you can also reset it and delete the account yourself.
