1. What you are buying
Paid plans on prapthi.ai are digital services. A plan grants a monthly character allowance and access to premium voices and features for a period of 30 days from the moment payment succeeds. Access is granted immediately and automatically — there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.
Current plans are No Cap (free), Mid (₹599 for 35,000 characters per month) and Elite (₹1,799 for 300,000 characters per month). Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Try before you pay
Our No Cap plan is free, permanent, and requires no card. It includes 12,000 characters every month and access to our voices, so you can evaluate the quality of the output in your own language and for your own use case before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to do so.
3. Cancellation
Paid plans do not renew automatically. A plan simply ends 30 days after purchase, and your account returns to the free No Cap allowance. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy another plan, so there is no subscription to cancel and no cancellation fee.
If you decide during a paid period that you no longer wish to continue, you keep full access to everything your plan includes until the end of that 30-day period.
4. When we will refund you
We will refund a payment in full if you request it within 7 days of the payment and you have used less than 10% of that plan's character allowance. This gives you a genuine opportunity to test a paid plan on real work and to change your mind if it is not right for you.
We will also refund you in full, regardless of usage or elapsed time, where:
- you were charged more than once for the same plan;
- money was taken but the plan was never activated on your account;
- you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout;
- a fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a substantial part of your paid period, and we were unable to resolve it.
5. When we cannot refund you
Because the service is delivered instantly and consumes real computing resources as you use it, we are unable to refund:
- requests made more than 7 days after payment;
- plans where more than 10% of the character allowance has been used, except in the circumstances listed in section 4;
- characters that remain unused at the end of a plan period — allowances do not roll over and carry no cash value;
- payments where the account has been suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms & Conditions, including misuse of voice cloning or generating prohibited content.
Dissatisfaction with the artistic character of a generated voice is not by itself grounds for a refund once the free plan has made the same voices available to audition. We will always look at the circumstances, though — if you believe you have been treated unfairly, write to us and a person will read it.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@prapthi.ai from the address registered on your account, with:
- the payment or order reference shown on your receipt;
- the date of payment;
- a short description of the reason.
We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and tell you our decision within 5 business days.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method — the same card, account or UPI handle used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different method. Once we initiate a refund it typically reaches you within 5 to 7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is issued, the plan it paid for ends immediately and the account returns to the free allowance.
8. Failed and duplicate payments
If a payment fails, no plan is granted and any amount held by your bank is released automatically, usually within 5 to 7 business days. If money left your account but no plan appeared, contact us with the payment reference and we will either activate the plan or refund it in full.
9. Changes to plans and prices
We may change plan prices or what a plan includes. Any change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect; a plan you have already paid for continues on the terms that applied when you bought it.
